If your favorite restaurant is still not following laws when delivering, please ask them to STOP, in order to make our streets safer for pedestrians.
We have worked closely with Council Members Kallos and Powers to coordinate follow-up training and enforcement action with DOT and the NYPD 19th Precinct.
