Happy New Year & 2018 in Review

2018 has been a busy year for e72na. We ended the year with 22 member buildings, representing over 5,000 residents, spanning a wide area from 3rd Avenue to the East River, and 69th Street to 74th Street.

We look forward to welcoming new member buildings in 2019, and encourage all interested parties to contact us directly through the e72NA website

We continue to work closely with MTA Bus management and representatives of the York Avenue hospital corridor to improve the reliability of cross-town bus service for e72NA residents and hospital employees.

The new / expanded hospital facilities scheduled to open in 2019 - 2021 are anticipated to significantly increase York Avenue traffic congestion and will require active monitoring and adjustments to public transportation schedules to meet  growing ridership demand.

We continue to partner with our Elected Officials, Community Board 8, NYPD 19th Precinct, DOT, and organizations like Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts on various issues, including:

  • Bike Delivery Safety

  • Pedestrian Safety

  • Repair of dangerous potholes

  • Limits on residential building height

We welcome your feedback on any issues pertaining to our neighbors' safety!
